It's not goodbye; it's see ya.

Oh guys, this has been Too Hard.  The last few days have been a series of goodbyes of sorts; some of these people I'll see in December, some I'll see in May.  I'm not quite sure when I'll see some people again.  That's the hardest.

Newest developments (pictures to come when I have my act together, probably in France [ahhh!]):

1) Huge garage sale this weekend: I still have too much stuff but at least I have some more dollars.  My lovely grandmother helped me infinitely and we spent lovely hours together.  Couldn't have asked for anything more.

2) Donnie is moving to France with me from early February to early May.  I can't contain myself, I'm so excited.

3) We got a new dog yesterday.  Great timing, because I got to meet her.  Terrible timing, because I'm peacing out so soon.

4) I miss the world already.

5) I am leaving in 2 days and I am not packed.  Help.

  1. We don't say good-bye, we say see ya later, and catch on the flip side. Go out and enjoy the world. You are young, you are beautiful, you have a lot to offer the rest of us. Go forth. Be careful and don't forget to hold hands when you cross the street and indulge in a nap a few times a week. And drink lots of red wine. Enough? Enough. Love you.

  2. I leave Wednesday, and I haven't done anything that could be considered packing. I might even need to buy a new suitcase, because my one has a semi broken wheel. I'm so behind.
